** Our Return / Refund Policy **

*Credits to a credit card can only be issued to the exact credit card used at the time of purchase.

For returns you must call or email your reason for returning an item. You will receive an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) that must be visibly written on the outside of the package being returned. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. Along with the RMA number, include your name, address, phone number and a copy of the original packing slip or invoice. Failure to obtain an RMA number can cause delays in the crediting process.

Customer agrees to pay all shipping costs, unless merchandise is defective. All returns must be returned in new condition and its original packaging within 15 days of receiving the RMA number.

Please note: There is a 10% restocking fee to cover credit card and miscellaneous fees.

** Not Satisfied **

If you are simply unsatisfied with the product and would like to return it, you must pay the shipping cost. You will only be refunded for the item(s) being returned. Customer will be credited upon receipt of the returned package. We will gladly issue a refund.

** Damaged or Incomplete Shipments **

Any damage to the outer package should be noted at the time of delivery. Make sure to describe the damage on the delivery receipt/bill of lading and try to get the delivery persons signature as the damage might have occurred during transit. Your package should be inspected immediately.

Any shortages or internal damages should be reported upon discovery. To report damages or shortages, call us at either of the numbers listed above and we will do our best to correct the problem. Have your order number ready.
